Ceigall India reported FY25 consolidated revenue of ₹34,179 Mn, up 13.8% YoY, but PAT declined 5.8% to ₹2,866 Mn as EBITDA margins compressed to 14.6% from 16.4% in FY24. Q4 FY25 was weak on a YoY basis with consolidated PAT falling 33% to ₹724 Mn, hurt by higher construction costs and finance costs. The order book remained strong at ₹1,08,062 Mn (3.2x book-to-bill ratio), split almost evenly between EPC (₹57,000 Mn) and HAM (₹55,000 Mn) projects, with about 80% tied to NHAI. However, leverage has risen notably with consolidated net debt-to-equity doubling to 0.8x and net debt/EBITDA worsening to 1.5x. Working capital days also appear to have stretched.
Mixed near-term outlook: robust order book offers long-term revenue visibility, but declining margins, weaker Q4 profitability, and rising leverage may pressure the stock in the short term. Investors should watch for margin stabilization and working capital improvement in coming quarters.
