Ceigall India reported its FY25 audited results with standalone revenue from operations rising 14.6% YoY to Rs. 3,384.78 crore, while standalone profit after tax slipped to Rs. 270.25 crore from Rs. 273.62 crore, and basic EPS fell to Rs. 16.07 from Rs. 17.62. On a consolidated basis, FY25 revenue stood at Rs. 3,436.13 crore with PAT of Rs. 286.57 crore. The Board approved further investment of about Rs. 1.57 crore in subsidiary Ceigall Jalbehra Shahbad Greenfield Highway via rights issue and provided security for a rupee term loan to another SPV, Ceigall Ludhiana Bathinda Greenfield Highway. The Board also gave in-principle approval for its subsidiary Ceigall Infra Projects to explore a potential merger with listed entity C & C Construction Limited, which is currently under the IBC liquidation process. No dividend was declared for FY25, with management citing the need to retain earnings for upcoming Hybrid Annuity Model (HAM) project execution pending NHAI appointed dates.
No dividend declaration may disappoint income-seeking investors, but the company justifies it as funding for HAM project execution which could drive long-term revenue. Slight decline in standalone profits despite revenue growth warrants monitoring, while the proposed merger exploration and continued subsidiary investments signal active growth strategy.
