Ceinsys Tech Ltd reported strong audited results for FY2025-26. Standalone revenue grew 59% year-on-year to Rs 63,517 Lakhs, while consolidated revenue rose 58% to Rs 66,070 Lakhs. Standalone net profit nearly doubled to Rs 15,421 Lakhs (vs Rs 8,138 Lakhs in FY25), with consolidated net profit at Rs 15,606 Lakhs. Basic EPS on standalone basis stands at Rs 86.41. The Board recommended a final dividend of Rs 3.50 per share (35% payout) for FY26, subject to shareholder approval. The company also sought shareholder approval via postal ballot for variation in utilisation of funds from the preferential issue, and proposed revisions in remuneration for four key managerial persons. PwC Services LLP was appointed as internal auditor for FY26-27. Mr. Anand Paranjape, VP Head-Mobility, resigned effective June 5, 2026. No subsidiary was identified as a material subsidiary. As of March 31, 2026, Rs 23,505 Lakhs of preferential issue proceeds remain unutilised, held in term deposits or current accounts.
The company delivered near-doubling of net profit on the back of strong revenue growth across both its Geospatial & Engineering and Technology Solutions segments, which is a positive signal for shareholders. The dividend declaration and share warrant conversion (increasing equity share capital by Rs 310 Lakhs) further reinforce shareholder confidence, though the large unutilised fund pool and management remuneration revisions warrant monitoring.
