Mrs. Vrinda Sameer Meghe, belonging to the Promoter Group of Ceinsys Tech Ltd, has acquired 3,85,785 equity shares (2.16% of total share capital) from Mr. Sameer Dattatraya Meghe, the Promoter. The transaction is an inter-se transfer by way of gift through an off-market deal completed on December 29, 2025.
