Cemindia Projects Limited (formerly ITD Cementation India Limited) announced its audited results for Q4 and full year ended March 31, 2026. Standalone revenue from operations rose to ₹9,982.72 crores (up about 8% from ₹9,246.16 crores a year ago), while net profit jumped to ₹593.66 crores (up roughly 59% from ₹372.80 crores). Consolidated revenue was ₹10,060.58 crores and net profit ₹597.73 crores, with EPS of ₹34.79. Operating cash flow improved sharply to ₹490.43 crores versus ₹184.28 crores last year. Price Waterhouse Chartered Accountants LLP issued a clean (unmodified) audit opinion, having taken over as statutory auditors in November 2025 after the previous auditors resigned. The Board also did not propose any dividend, appointed a new Independent Director, and approved a 5-year reappointment of Price Waterhouse as statutory auditor subject to shareholder approval.
Strong earnings growth and improved cash generation are positive signals for shareholders, though the absence of a dividend and a recent auditor change (which was due to a casual vacancy) may attract some attention. Overall, the clean audit report and sharp jump in profitability are supportive of the stock narrative.
