Cemindia Projects Limited (formerly ITD Cementation India Limited) delivered record FY26 results with revenue of ₹10,061 crore (up 9% YoY), EBITDA of ₹1,199 crore (up 28%), and PAT of ₹598 crore (up 60% YoY). EBITDA margin expanded to 11.9% from 10.2%, while PAT margin improved to 5.94% from 4.03%. The company secured new contracts worth ₹14,821 crore in FY26, taking the total order book to ₹24,545 crore. Net debt reduced significantly to ₹430 crore from ₹575 crore, with Net Debt/EBITDA improving to 0.36x. Credit ratings were upgraded to A+ by both CARE and ICRA. Client mix is diversified: Government (36%), PSU (6%), Private (58%).
