Cemindia Projects Limited reported its Q4 and FY26 results with strong performance. For FY26, total operating income reached INR 10,061 crores (up 9% YoY), EBITDA of INR 1,199 crores (up 28%) with margin at 11.9%, and PAT of INR 598 crores (up 60%). The company crossed the INR 10,000 crores revenue milestone for the first time. Order book stands at INR 29,000 crores with INR 19,000 crores secured in FY26 (including INR 5,000 crores in Q1 FY27 including L1 positions). Management guided for 20-25% revenue growth in FY27 with order inflow target of INR 25,000 crores. The pipeline opportunity is INR 70,000 crores with 35-40% from the Adani group. Margins improved to 11.9% for FY26 (from 10.2% in FY25) primarily due to execution efficiency and claim realisations (INR 150 crores for the year). Management expects sustainable EBITDA margin of 10-10.5% going forward. Capex for FY27 is planned at INR 350-400 crores. Data centre division has secured ~INR 3,000 crores orders from the group.
Strong execution with margin expansion and record order book positions the company well for sustained growth. However, Q4 margins at 15.1% included one-off claim realisations, and sustainable margins are guided at 10-10.5%. The company is well-positioned within the Adani group ecosystem with a massive INR 70,000 crore pipeline.
