CDSL has submitted to NSE copies of its audited financial results published in Financial Express and Loksatta on May 4, 2025, as required under SEBI Listing Regulations. For the full year FY25, consolidated income from operations stood at Rs 1,08,220.80 lakh and net profit after tax jumped to Rs 52,632.64 lakh, up from Rs 41,955.41 lakh in FY24, a growth of about 25%. Consolidated EPS for the year rose to Rs 25.20 from Rs 20.05. On a standalone basis, FY25 net profit after tax was Rs 46,209.55 lakh versus Rs 36,331.92 lakh a year earlier, with EPS of Rs 22.11. In Q4 FY25 alone, consolidated net profit came in at Rs 10,039.19 lakh (EPS Rs 4.80), lower than Rs 12,941.56 lakh (EPS Rs 6.18) in Q4 FY24. The Board has also recommended a final dividend of Rs 12.50 per share for FY25, lower than the Rs 19 regular plus Rs 3 special dividend paid for FY24. The results account for the 1:1 bonus issue completed in August 2024, which doubled the share base to 20.9 crore shares.
Full-year earnings are strong with consolidated profit growing around 25% YoY, but the sequential Q4 dip and a lower dividend versus last year's special dividend may temper near-term sentiment. Overall, the filing confirms a healthy annual performance and steady shareholder payouts for CDSL investors.
