Centrum Capital Limited has informed the exchanges that a Board meeting will be held on Thursday, May 21, 2026. The Board will consider and approve the audited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. Additionally, the Board will consider raising up to Rs. 1,000 crores through the issue of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs). It will also evaluate raising further funds via a rights issue or private placement, which could include a Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP). As per the company's insider trading code, the trading window for designated persons will remain closed from April 1, 2026 to May 23, 2026, both days inclusive.
The proposed Rs. 1,000 crore NCD issuance and possible equity fundraise could strengthen the company's capital base, though any equity-based route (rights or QIP) may lead to dilution for existing shareholders. The trading window closure is a standard compliance step ahead of the annual results and not material on its own.
