Promoter Business Match Services (India) Private Limited, which holds 29.27% of Centrum Capital, filed a SAST Reg 31(1) disclosure on October 13, 2025 covering multiple pledge events between October 6 and October 10, 2025. Four new pledges were created on Oct 6 and Oct 8 for a combined 16,50,000 shares (about 0.36% of share capital) in favor of Aditya Birla Capital, Minsol Ltd, Merlin Projects and Carwin Trading, all triggered by a fall in the share price.
