Centum Electronics reported record FY26 standalone revenue of ₹973 crs, up 25.4% YoY, with EBITDA of ₹121 crs (+28.4%) and PBT before exceptional items at ₹100.4 crs (+62.7%). Q4 standalone revenue was ₹344 crs (+25.6% YoY, +44.4% QoQ). The order book stands at ₹1,645 crs, up 22.7% YoY. BTS segment grew 37% YoY winning a marquee AESA Radar order from HAL for ₹570+ crores and a satellite debris tracking radar order. EMS segment grew 21% YoY driven by a global semiconductor equipment OEM ramp-up and defence export wins. Canada operations were discontinued and European operations are under judicial reorganisation (Redressement Judiciaire) with final bids due June 2026. Exceptional items of ₹2,033 mn on standalone include doubtful AR from Canada (₹394 mn), investments impairment (₹1,538 mn), and inventory write-off (₹101 mn), resulting in standalone PAT of -₹1,171 mn for FY26.
Strong operational performance with revenue and margin growth, but large exceptional items from discontinuing Canada and impairment of investments resulted in a net loss for FY26 standalone. The ₹1,645 cr order book provides multi-year revenue visibility, though investors should monitor the Europe restructuring outcome and impact on consolidated financials.
