Century Enka Limited has completed the acquisition of 37,96,086 equity shares (worth Rs. 3,79,60,860) in its Special Purpose Vehicle ABREL Century Energy Limited (ABRELCEL). The shares were credited to Century Enka's Demat Account on 25th April 2026. This acquisition is required to maintain the minimum 26% equity shareholding in the power producer to qualify as a Captive User under the Electricity Act, 2003. ABRELCEL operates wind-solar hybrid energy projects and had a turnover of Rs. 1,949.10 Lakhs for FY2025. The transaction is a related party transaction done at arm's length at par value.
