Century Enka Ltd has informed exchanges that its Board meeting is scheduled for 21st May 2026. The meeting will consider and approve the audited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March 2026. Additionally, the Board will consider recommending dividend, if any, on equity shares for FY2026. The company has also reminded that the trading window for dealing in securities has been closed since 1st April 2026 and will remain closed until 48 hours after the results announcement, i.e., up to 23rd May 2026.
