Century Enka signs PPA for 9.9 MW wind-solar hybrid power plant

Century Enka has signed a Power Purchase Agreement with ABREL Century Energy Limited, a Special Purpose Vehicle, to set up a 9.9 MW wind-solar hybrid power plant for captive use at its Bhosari, Pune facility. Scheduled commissioning is now 30 June 2027 with a 3-month grace period; the company clarified an earlier mention of June 2026 was an error. The deal is a related party transaction at arm's length, and Century Enka will hold 26 percent equity in the SPV as required under captive power rules.
