Century Enka Ltd has published a public notice informing shareholders that equity shares on which dividends have remained unpaid or unclaimed for seven consecutive years or more will be transferred to the IEPF Suspense Account. Shareholders can still claim dividends and shares from IEPF by completing their KYC as per the prescribed procedure.
Shareholders with unclaimed dividends spanning 7 or more years risk having their shares transferred to IEPF, but they can still reclaim both the dividend amount and shares later through IEPF by following the official procedure.
