Century Extrusions Limited has announced the outcome of its Board Meeting held on April 24, 2026, where the Board approved the Draft Letter of Offer (DLOF) for a Rights Issue. The company plans to issue up to equity shares of face value ₹1 each, aggregating up to ₹4,500 lakhs (₹45 crore). The issue will be on a partly paid-up basis with 50% payable on application and the remaining 50% to be paid through not more than 2 subsequent calls, to be completed by December 31, 2026. The company is in the aluminium extrusion business, with promoters being the Jhunjhunwala family. Brickwork Ratings India Private Limited has been appointed as the Monitoring Agency, and MUFG Intime India Private Limited is the Registrar to the Issue. BSE Limited is the Designated Stock Exchange for this issue.
Existing shareholders will receive rights entitlements to subscribe to new shares in proportion to their existing holdings. The partly paid-up structure reduces immediate cash outlay but shareholders who do not participate will face dilution. The ₹45 crore raise could fund business expansion or reduce debt.
