Century Extrusions Ltd has notified exchanges that its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA), CB Management Services Private Limited, has merged with MUFG Intime India Private Limited. The merger was approved by the Regional Director (WR) on April 24, 2026, via order under Section 233 of the Companies Act, 2013, and became effective from May 8, 2026. CB Management Services was a wholly-owned subsidiary of MUFG Intime India (formerly Link Intime India). Going forward, MUFG Intime India Private Limited (SEBI Registration No. INR000004058) will serve as the company's RTA. The existing CB Management team currently servicing the company will continue to remain the same, ensuring continuity of service.
This is an administrative change affecting only share registry services with no direct impact on the company's operations, financials, or stock price. Shareholders and investors need not take any action as the service team remains unchanged.
