Century Plyboards has filed the minutes of its postal ballot results (declared on July 9, 2025) for two special resolutions. Shareholders approved the appointment of Prof. (Dr.) Anuradha Lohia (DIN: 00599122) as Independent Director for a 5-year term from May 29, 2025 to May 28, 2030, with 99.9987% votes in favor (205,524,075 shares).
