Century Plyboards conducted a postal ballot via remote e-voting from June 9, 2025 to July 8, 2025 to seek shareholder approval for two special resolutions. Both resolutions were passed with overwhelming majority (99.9987% votes in favor). Item 1 approved the appointment of Prof. (Dr.) Anuradha Lohia (DIN: 00599122) as Independent Director for a 5-year term ending May 28, 2030, receiving 205,524,075 votes in favor and only 2,685 against. Item 2 approved the appointment of Shri Kothandaraman Hari (DIN: 08901674) as Independent Director for the same 5-year term, with 205,524,111 votes in favor and 2,704 against. A total of 492 members representing 205,526,815 equity shares participated in the voting out of 55,459 total members.
