CEO appointed at toll road subsidiary

ARSS Infrastructure's subsidiary ARSS Damoh Hirapur Tolls Private Limited has appointed Mr. Avisek Agarwalla, aged about 29 years, as its Chief Executive Officer effective July 1, 2026. He is a commerce graduate with around 8 years of experience in crusher plants and large-scale road and railway infrastructure projects, with skills in project execution and government liaison. The appointment was approved at the subsidiary board meeting held on July 1, 2026, and disclosed under SEBI Listing Regulations.
