Cera Sanitaryware has published its audited financial results for Q4 FY25 and full year FY25 in Business Standard and Navgujarat Samay newspapers, as required under SEBI listing rules. On a standalone basis, revenue from operations for Q4 FY25 stood at ₹55,897.36 lakhs (vs ₹54,663.47 lakhs in Q4 FY24), a modest ~2.3% YoY growth, while full-year FY25 revenue was ₹191,525.12 lakhs, marginally lower than FY24. Standalone net profit after tax for Q4 FY25 rose ~14% to ₹8,558.28 lakhs, and full-year PAT came in at ₹24,648.43 lakhs. Basic and diluted EPS stood at ₹66.36 for the quarter and ₹190.40 for the full year. The company has also fully provided for the impairment of its investment in Milo Tile LLP, booking ₹150.43 lakhs as an exceptional item in FY25, completing the total ₹806 lakhs write-off spread across FY23–FY25. Results were approved by the Board on 9th May 2025.
Stable topline with a healthy double-digit jump in quarterly profits signals margin resilience for shareholders. The final impairment of Milo Tile LLP removes a lingering overhang, and the strong ₹190.40 full-year EPS underlines continued profitability despite flat annual revenue.
