CFF Fluid Control reported revenue from operations of Rs. 10,412.92 lakhs for H1 FY26, up about 30% from Rs. 8,003.41 lakhs in H1 FY25. Net profit rose roughly 36% to Rs. 1,912.68 lakhs from Rs. 1,404.61 lakhs, lifting EPS to Rs. 9.49 versus Rs. 7.21. The board declared an interim dividend of Rs. 0.50 per share with November 20, 2025 as the record date. The company raised funds via an FPO in July 2025 (15 lakh shares at Rs. 585), which strengthened reserves and brought cash inflows of Rs. 94.29 crores from financing activities. However, operating cash flow swung sharply negative at Rs. (5,763.62) lakhs versus Rs. (667.18) lakhs last year, driven by a steep rise in trade receivables and short-term loans and advances.
Strong top-line and profit growth, supported by FPO funds, is positive for shareholders and is reflected in the maiden interim dividend. However, the sharply negative operating cash flow and ballooning receivables/lokans warrant close watch, as they signal working-capital stress that could pressure liquidity if collections don't improve.
