CG Power has appointed Mr. Jatinder Kaul as Executive Vice President – Motors Business (India Sub-continent) effective June 2, 2025. He joins from Karcher Cleaning Systems India, where he was Managing Director, and has prior senior roles at Ingersoll Rand India and Thermo Fisher Scientific India. Mr. Jatinder will handle the full P&L of the motors business for India and work jointly with Marais Nel (EVP – Drives & Automation and International Motors) to drive export growth. As part of the restructuring, Mr. Indraneel Dhaneshwar, the current VP heading Motors Business, will move to a technology development role and ceases to be part of the Senior Management Personnel from the same date.
