CG Power delivered a record FY26 with standalone revenue of INR 11,331 Cr, up 21% YoY, and PAT of INR 1,352 Cr, up 39% YoY. Q4FY26 was the strongest quarter ever with revenue INR 3,129 Cr (22% growth) and PAT INR 412 Cr (49% growth). EBITDA margin expanded 143 bps for the full year to 16.7%. The order backlog surged 59% YoY to INR 15,719 Cr, giving strong revenue visibility for FY27. Power Systems was the standout driver with Q4 sales up 50% YoY and 287 bps margin expansion to 23.8%. Industrial Systems faced margin pressure (PBIT down 10%) due to mix changes and commodity costs. Key wins included a INR 900 Cr export order for US data centre transformers – the largest ever single order for CG – and a INR 641 Cr PGCIL order. The company raised INR 3,000 Cr via QIP (oversubscribed >3x) and launched India's first end-to-end OSAT facility at Sanand.
Record performance across revenue, profitability and order book signals strong execution. The near-doubling of the order backlog to INR 15,719 Cr provides multi-year revenue visibility, and the US data centre export order underscores expanding global footprint. Margin expansion across Power Systems further supports upside potential.
