Chadha Papers Ltd's Board, at its meeting on August 19, 2025, approved the cessation of Mrs. Surjeet Kaur as Non-Executive Independent Director after she completed two consecutive five-year terms. To fill the vacancy, the Board appointed Mr. Manmeet Singh (DIN: 03342286) as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director for a five-year term ending August 18, 2030, subject to shareholder approval. The Board also appointed Mrs. Jaspreet Kaur (DIN: 11248208) as an Additional Non-Executive Women Director, again subject to shareholder approval. Both new appointees bring experience in marketing, strategy, and organizational management. No material reasons for the cessation were cited other than the natural end of tenure.
