Chadha Papers Ltd has published its audited financial results for Q4 and FY 2025-26 in compliance with SEBI Listing Regulations. For the standalone results, total income for Q4 FY26 was ₹13,453.66 lakhs, compared to ₹12,967.65 lakhs in Q4 FY25. However, the company posted a net loss of ₹621.09 lakhs before tax in Q4 FY26 versus a profit of ₹104.80 lakhs in the same quarter last year. For the full year FY26, standalone total income was ₹50,021.79 lakhs, but the company recorded a net loss of ₹1,014.80 lakhs before tax against a profit of ₹4,654.22 lakhs in FY25. Consolidated results similarly show a net loss of ₹944.19 lakhs for FY26. The company also disclosed that a land lease on part of its Bilaspur (Rampur) factory has expired since 1991 and is in the process of renewal, with no material impact on operations reported so far.
The company swung from profit to significant loss in FY26 despite higher revenue, indicating worsening operational profitability. Shareholders should monitor the land lease renewal status and any impact on the paper manufacturing unit at Bilaspur.
