Chaman Lal Setia Exports, a Basmati rice exporter, has published its audited financial results for Q4 and full year ended March 31, 2026. For FY2026, total income stood at Rs 1,439.58 crore, slightly lower than Rs 1,495.26 crore in FY2025. However, net profit after tax improved significantly to Rs 114.78 crore from Rs 102.88 crore, marking an 11.6% year-on-year increase. EPS for the year increased to Rs 23.10 from Rs 20.68 in the previous year. Q4 FY2026 showed net profit after tax of Rs 38.27 crore, up 56% from Rs 24.55 crore in Q4 FY2025. The Board has recommended a dividend of Rs 3 per share (150% on face value of Rs 2).
Revenue declined marginally but profitability improved notably, suggesting better margins. The dividend declaration signals confidence in financial health, which could support investor sentiment despite lower topline growth.
