Chaman Lal Setia Exports reported strong Q4FY26 results with revenue growing 16.5% YoY to Rs. 428.4 crore. Export volumes surged 18% YoY to 44,544 MT, while EBITDA jumped 55.7% to Rs. 52 crore with margins expanding 306 basis points to 12.1%. PAT grew 55.9% YoY to Rs. 38.3 crore. For full year FY26, revenue was Rs. 1,439.6 crore (down 3.7% YoY) but EBITDA rose 11.1% to Rs. 156.7 crore and PAT increased 11.6% to Rs. 114.8 crore. The board recommended a final dividend of Rs. 3 per share (150% face value). The company faced temporary logistical disruptions with 170-180 export containers deferred due to shipping route issues, with claims filed under ECGC Relief framework.
The quarterly results show strong operational performance with margin expansion driven by volume growth and improved realizations. The dividend recommendation and robust profitability metrics are positive for shareholders, though short-term logistical challenges and revenue decline for FY26 may create some caution.
