Chambal Fertilizers & Chemicals has announced a change in its Registrar & Share Transfer Agent (RTA). The Board, at its meeting on November 4, 2025, approved the appointment of KFin Technologies Limited (Hyderabad, SEBI Reg. No. INR000000221) as the new RTA to strengthen investor services. The existing RTA, Zuari Finserv Limited, will continue in the role until the transition is complete. The process of data transfer, electronic connectivity shift, and execution of a tripartite agreement between Chambal, KFin, and ZFL will be carried out in due course, with the effective change date to be communicated later.
