Consolidated full-year revenue was Rs. 20,920.51 crore with PAT of Rs. 1,953.27 crore.
Strong revenue and profit growth driven by robust fertilizer demand. The 60% dividend payout signals management confidence and provides direct shareholder returns. One-time labour code charge is non-cash and does not affect operational performance.
