Chambal Fertilisers reported strong FY2026 results with revenue from operations rising 25% year-on-year to Rs. 20,793.66 crore from Rs. 16,646.20 crore. Net profit after tax grew 18.6% to Rs. 2,053.48 crore versus Rs. 1,731.62 crore in the prior year. Basic EPS improved to Rs. 48.66 from Rs. 41.35. Other equity increased to Rs. 9,786.64 crore from Rs. 8,133.81 crore. The Board recommended a final dividend of Rs. 6.00 per share (60% on Rs. 10 face value). One notable charge was Rs. 30.39 crore recorded for past service cost due to new labour codes effective November 2025.
Revenue growth of 25% and net profit growth of 18.6% indicate a strong operational year. The dividend of Rs. 6 per share provides positive signal for income-seeking investors. However, revenue growth outpacing profit growth suggests some margin pressure worth monitoring.
