Cochin Shipyard Limited has informed the stock exchanges that three directors are exiting the board on May 31, 2025. Director (Technical) Shri Bejoy Bhasker and Director (Operations) Shri Sreejith K Narayanan are retiring on superannuation, while Part-time Official (Nominee) Director Shri Biju Prabhakar IAS has vacated office under Section 167(1)(b) of the Companies Act, 2013, following his retirement from government service. The Chairman and Managing Director, Shri Madhu Sankunny Nair, will hold additional charge of the two functional director posts until new appointments are made. The process to appoint a new government nominee director is already underway.
