Change in Directors

Punjab & Sind Bank (PSB) has informed stock exchanges about the renomination of Shri Shankar Lal Agarwal as a Part-Time Non-Official Director on its Board. The appointment was made by the Central Government via a notification dated 11.04.2025, under the Banking Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1980. His tenure is for 1 year from the date of notification or until further orders. A brief profile will be submitted separately, and he is not debarred by SEBI or any other authority.
