Classic Filaments Ltd has undergone a complete board overhaul after a change in control triggered by the successful open offer by acquirers Mr. Sumit Bansal, Mr. Vikkas Bansal, Mr. Tarun Jain, and Mr. Varun Jindal. Five directors have resigned effective March 22, 2026, including the Managing Director (Mr. Jayanti Gaudani), the Director & CFO (Mr. Bharat Patel), the Non-Executive Promoter Director (Mr. Amit Patel), and both Independent Directors (Mr. Bhavesh Dholiya and Mrs. Arunaben Kachchhi). In their place, six new appointments have been made effective March 21, 2026, including Mr. Vikkas Bansal as the new Chairman and Managing Director and Mr. Tarun Jain as Executive Director, both from the acquirer group. New independent directors, a woman independent director, and a new CFO (Ms. Priyanka) have also been appointed to reconstitute the board.
