Page Industries Limited has announced a board refresh at its May 15, 2025 meeting. Two existing Independent Directors, Mr. Sandeep Maini and Mr. Vikram Shah, will complete their second consecutive term and step down from the board effective close of business on May 27, 2025. In their place, the Board has approved the appointment of two new Independent Directors, Mr. Suresh Eshwara Prabhala and Mr. Dinesh Ramkrishin Malkani, each for a five-year term beginning May 28, 2025. Mr. Prabhala is a private equity veteran with 27 years of experience and co-founder of ADV Partners Capital Management, which manages about US$ 1.25 billion in assets. Mr. Malkani is the founder and CEO of Smarten Spaces (an AI-driven workplace platform) and former President of Cisco India & SAARC with 26 years of technology leadership experience. Both new appointments are subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
This is a routine, planned rotation rather than an abrupt exit, with two experienced independent directors being replaced by professionals bringing strong finance and technology backgrounds. Shareholders should see minimal operational disruption and may view the incoming profiles positively given their PE and digital transformation expertise.
