Aditya Forge Ltd's board, at its meeting on October 8, 2025, accepted the resignation of Ms. Priyanka Sharma as Non-Executive Professional Director effective October 7, 2025, citing personal reasons. She held no shares in the company. In her place, Mrs. Ruta Rohankumar Soni, a commerce graduate with experience in corporate compliance and securities regulation, was appointed as Non-Executive Professional Director effective October 8, 2025; she also holds no shares.
