Supreme Petrochem's board, at its April 23, 2025 meeting, approved audited FY25 results showing revenue of around Rs. 5,23,649 lakhs and profit after tax of Rs. 39,052 lakhs (up from Rs. 34,649 lakhs in FY24), with EPS of Rs. 20.43. A final dividend of Rs. 7.50 per share (face value Rs. 2) has been recommended, with July 4, 2025 set as the record date. The company also acquired 80% stake in Xmold Polymers Pvt Ltd for Rs. 3,142.60 lakhs (becoming a subsidiary), and its 70,000 TPA Mass ABS project is now expected to start commercial production in Q2 FY26 due to equipment delays. Additionally, Shri K.V. Mujumdar was re-appointed as Whole Time Director for 3 years from September 19, 2025 to September 18, 2028.
Re-appointment of the experienced internal WTD ensures continuity in operations. The healthy dividend (~37% payout on EPS) rewards shareholders, while the Xmold Polymers acquisition diversifies the business. The ABS project delay is a near-term watchpoint but the company remains debt-free with strong profitability growth.
