Change in Registered Office Address

The board of Shivamshree Businesses Limited has approved shifting the company's registered office from Madhu Vihar in East Delhi to Lajpat Nagar II, New Delhi, with effect from November 13, 2025. The new address is H-7 LGF Lajpat Nagar II, Mata Vaishno Devi Marg, Near Shani Mandir, New Delhi-110024. Both old and new addresses are within Delhi, so this does not require any change in state jurisdiction. The board meeting lasted half an hour, from 4:05 PM to 4:35 PM. Phone numbers, email, website and the Ahmedabad corporate office remain unchanged.
