Quasar India Ltd has shifted its registered office within Delhi, from Kucha Chelan, Khari Baoli, Chandni Chowk (North Delhi - 110006) to H-30 Plot No. 6 & 7, Third Floor, Gulshan Park, Vijay Chowk, Laxmi Nagar (Delhi - 110092). The change was approved by the Board of Directors at a meeting held on 2nd February 2026 (5:00 PM to 6:45 PM) at the company's corporate office in Ahmedabad, and is effective from the same date. Since both the old and new addresses fall within the local limits of Delhi city, no regulatory approval beyond stock exchange intimation is required.
