Indian Overseas Bank has promoted three of its senior executives to the position of Chief General Manager, effective June 1, 2025. The elevated officials are Shri Arabindra Mohan Banerjee (26+ years of experience, joined 1999), Shri Gopal S (32+ years, joined 1993, currently heading Hyderabad Region), and Shri Nataraj Karyampudi (33+ years, joined 1991, currently Chief Compliance Officer). All three have risen through internal ranks and have previously served as Regional Heads and in various Central Office departments. The bank disclosed this under SEBI LODR Regulation 30.
