IVRCL Limited, which is already in liquidation under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC), has informed stock exchanges that the NCLT Hyderabad Bench has appointed Mr. Purusottam Behera as the new liquidator, replacing Mr. Sutanu Sinha, effective October 29, 2025. The replacement was approved by the Stakeholders' Consultation Committee (SCC). Several pending applications before the NCLT have been adjourned to December 10, 2025, to allow the new liquidator to take stock of the matters.
This is an administrative change within an ongoing liquidation process and does not alter the status of the company or its shares. Shareholders remain exposed to the same risks as before, with the outcome dependent on liquidation proceeds distributed under IBC priority rules.
