Chartered Logistics' Board approved audited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q4 and FY ended March 31, 2025, with statutory auditors Prakash Tekwani & Associates giving an unmodified opinion. Standalone revenue grew to Rs 7,661.10 lakhs (vs Rs 7,163.76 lakhs in FY24), and net profit rose to Rs 138.68 lakhs (vs Rs 66.73 lakhs), improving EPS to Rs 0.12 from Rs 0.07. Consolidated net profit for FY25 stood at Rs 123.63 lakhs with EPS of Rs 0.10. The Board also approved omnibus related party transactions for FY25-26, appointed Agarwal & Mehta Company Secretaries LLP as Secretarial Auditor for 5 years, and appointed M/s Hemal P Doshi & Associates as Internal Auditor for 5 years. The company recently acquired a 99.99% stake in subsidiary Chartered Comcare IFSC Limited, which is reflected in the consolidation.
Positive for shareholders: more than doubling of yearly profit, revenue growth, stronger equity base, and clean audit opinion signal improving business health; however, Q4 standalone showed an exceptional-item-driven dip at the pre-tax level worth monitoring.
