Chembond Material Technologies Limited (CMTL) has informed the exchanges that Chembond Chemicals Limited (CCL), the resulting company, published a statutory newspaper advertisement in Business Standard and Mumbai Lakshdeep on July 14, 2025, regarding the Information Memorandum for listing of 2,68,96,576 equity shares on BSE and NSE. This follows a Composite Scheme of Arrangement sanctioned by NCLT Mumbai on April 7, 2025 (effective May 3, 2025), involving demerger of the Construction Chemicals and Water Treatment businesses from CMTL into CCL, along with amalgamation of three other entities. CCL has received in-principle listing approvals from BSE (June 23, 2025) and NSE (June 24, 2025), plus a SEBI relaxation letter dated July 11, 2025. Post-scheme, CMTL shareholders received 2 CCL shares for every 1 CMTL share held, and the post-scheme shareholding shows promoters at 67.65% and public at 32.35% in CCL.
