The Exchange has received the disclosure under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011 for Charulata Bhanurai Mehta

Mrs. Charulata Bhanurai Mehta, a member of the promoter group of Chemiesynth (Vapi) Ltd, has disclosed an acquisition of 3,500 equity shares (0.12%) under SEBI's Takeover Regulations. The shares were received through transmission following the death of Late Shri Bhanurai N. Mehta, rather than via an open market purchase. Her individual holding in the company increased from 6.51% (200,020 shares) to 6.63% (203,520 shares). Importantly, since both the acquirer and the original holder belong to the promoter/promoter group, the aggregate promoter group shareholding before and after the transfer remains unchanged.
