The Board of Chemtech Industrial Valves approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 30th June 2025. Revenue from operations fell to Rs. 956.62 lakh from Rs. 1,094.36 lakh in the same quarter last year, a decline of about 12.6%. Despite lower revenue, net profit surged roughly 38% to Rs. 300.51 lakh (from Rs. 217.50 lakh), helped by lower material and other operating costs. Earnings per share stood at Rs. 1.68 versus Rs. 1.49 a year ago. The Board also appointed M/s. Pimple & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for five years (FY26–FY30) and Mr. Vikas More as Internal Auditor for FY 2025-26.
Margin expansion and a strong profit jump should be viewed positively, but the YoY drop in top-line revenue is a concern and may limit the upside in the stock. The auditor changes are routine and unlikely to materially affect shareholders.
