Chennai Meenakshi Multispeciality Hospital has filed an errata to its Q1 FY26 (quarter ended 30 June 2025) shareholding pattern to correct the categorisation of legal heirs of its late promoter, Mr. A.N. Radhakrishnan, who passed away in December 2022 holding 37,57,166 shares (50.3%). Following a court-mediated settlement in August 2024, the shares were transmitted on 16 December 2024 to his wife, two sons, a daughter, and two grandsons. All legal heirs have now been correctly reclassified as 'Promoter' under SEBI Regulation 31A(6)(a), rather than 'Promoter Group' or 'Public' as previously shown. Two intra-family gifts also occurred: Mr. G. Ra. Gokul gifted 7,51,333 shares (10.06%) to his wife in March 2025, and Mrs. Gomathi transferred 4,08,794 shares (5.47%) to her daughter in June 2025. Total promoter holding stands at 42,64,528 shares (57.1%), with public shareholders holding 42.9%.
This is a technical correction (errata) that does not change the total promoter or public holding percentages. Promoter control remains comfortable at 57.1%, well above the 50% mark, and no shares are pledged. Shareholders should note no change in beneficial ownership structure; only the label applied to family members has been corrected.
