Chennai Petroleum Corporation Limited (CPCL) has revised the cut-off date for remote e-voting for its 59th Annual General Meeting (AGM). The cut-off date has been moved from Thursday, 14th August 2025 to Monday, 18th August 2025. Shareholders holding shares in physical or demat form as on 18th August 2025 will be eligible to vote electronically. The AGM is scheduled for Monday, 25th August 2025 at 10:00 am via video conferencing. Remote e-voting will run from 21st August (9:00 am) to 24th August (5:00 pm).
