Choksi Asia Limited has completed the amalgamation of Choksi Asia Private Limited (Transferor) into itself (Transferee), pursuant to an approved Scheme of Amalgamation. As part of the scheme, the company allotted equity shares to members of the transferor company, resulting in six new additions to the Promoter Group: Bindu Choksi, Jay Choksi, Priyam Choksi, Raj Choksi, Kruti Choksi, and Samir K Choksi HUF. Choksi Asia Private Limited (now amalgamated) has been removed from the Promoter Group. The company was formerly known as Choksi Imaging Limited.
