Intimation for appointment of Mrs. Stela Choksi as Chief Financial Officer of the company

Choksi Laboratories' board appointed Mrs. Stela Choksi as Chief Financial Officer effective 18th May 2026. She is a promoter member of the company with experience in Finance & Administration. Importantly, she is a family member of existing board directors — wife of Managing Director Sunil Choksi, and mother of Whole Time Directors Himika Choksi and Vyangesh Choksi. She also holds the position of Whole Time Director. The appointment was recommended by the Audit and Nomination & Remuneration Committee and approved at the board meeting held on the same day. She has been authorized jointly with other KMPs to determine materiality of events for stock exchange disclosures.
