Cineline India Limited has opened a new 3-screen multiplex called The Cine Station at Edifice-The Mall in Silvassa, UT of Dadra & Nagar Haveli and Daman & Diu. The multiplex is developed under the company's Operations and Management (O&M) model and has a seating capacity of 824. It features advanced 2K laser projectors, next-gen 3D screens, and Dolby 7.1 custom audio systems. With this launch, the company's Movie Max brand now operates 83 screens across 21 properties in 15 cities in India.
This expansion strengthens Cineline India's footprint in the entertainment sector and adds incremental revenue potential, though the O&M model keeps capital expenditure lower. The addition of one more property is a small step in overall growth but not a material catalyst on its own.
